Our work includes:

Data and Research (ongoing)

Coordinating and analyzing, for the first time, large-scale datasets from the Division of Professional Regulation, CMS, the Delaware Health Information Network (DHIN), and other partners. This continuously updated, monthly-refreshed data supports informed decision-making, strategic resource allocation, and predictive workforce planning.

Workforce Education (completed June 2024)

Expanding graduate medical education across multiple provider types to address immediate and ongoing workforce needs. These efforts directly impact healthcare delivery and have reached hundreds of providers, as reported by ChristianaCare and its partners.

Early Career Pathways (ongoing)

Expanding the Delaware Mini Medical School initiative, operating since 2009, to significantly increase its scope and statewide reach, encouraging youth to explore careers in the health sciences. Participant outcomes and long-term follow-up provide measurable indicators of success.

Financial Support (discontinued May 2026)

Offering an interest-free loan program for Delaware residents attending in-state institutions of higher education who commit to practicing in Delaware after graduation. The fully online system uses enterprise-level security to protect sensitive applicant information.
